BNBOPS without an account

You do not need to register an account or sign in to visit bnbops.se or use the public calculator. The calculator does not require you to provide your name, email address or telephone number.

Data controller

OIC Facility Services AB is the data controller for personal data that you provide through BNBOPS.

When we collect personal data

We collect personal data when you choose to submit a Property Assessment, contact request or another service enquiry to BNBOPS.

• name
• email address
• telephone number if you provide it
• city or municipality
• the BNBOPS service you are asking about
• a message or other information that you choose to include in the enquiry
• property information needed to understand the enquiry, such as property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, guest capacity and relevant calculator information

Why we use the information

We use the information to receive and assess your enquiry, contact you about the service you requested, prepare relevant pricing or service information and manage further communication before a possible engagement.

Submitting an enquiry does not create an agreement and does not oblige you to purchase a service.

Contact details submitted through such an enquiry are not automatically used for marketing communications.

Legal basis

We process the information in order to handle your request and take steps at your request before a possible contract. Where relevant, OIC Facility Services AB may also process information on the basis of legitimate interests, for example to administer and follow up business communications, protect the service and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Technical service providers

We use technical service providers for website hosting, data storage and necessary message delivery. Those providers may process personal data only to the extent needed to provide the relevant function to us.

How long information is retained

Personal data is retained only for as long as needed to handle and follow up the enquiry, any resulting customer relationship, applicable legal obligations or legal claims. When the information is no longer needed, it should be deleted or anonymised where appropriate.

Your rights

To the extent provided by applicable data-protection law, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion or restriction and may object to certain processing. Where applicable, you may also have a right to data portability.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
