About BNBOPS
BNBOPS grew out of OIC Facility Services AB's hands-on work with short-term rental properties since 2019. We help owners in Stockholm and Uppsala with the physical work between stays. Availability is confirmed for each property based on location, logistics and capacity.

A great guest experience depends on what happens between stays. Cleaning, textiles, supplies, inspections, restocking and consistent preparation all have to work together.
BNBOPS turns the experience gained from doing that work every day into a structured property-operations service — giving owners a choice between professional turnover service and a fully supplied physical operation.
Our role is an alternative to traditional property management: practical care of the property, with the hosting business still in your hands.
BNBOPS
Basic provides professional cleaning and guest-ready preparation. Advanced also includes collection, washing and return delivery of the owner's agreed textiles. Owners provide textiles and consumables. The service scope is confirmed before work begins.
Our approach comes from daily work between stays. We carry out the agreed turnover, check the property and report visible issues so that preparation and follow-up are consistent.
You retain the hosting and customer relationship: listings, bookings, payments and guest communication. BNBOPS handles the agreed physical operation, not co-hosting or rental management.
