These Terms apply to the use of bnbops.se and the website's public information, calculators and digital enquiry functions.
About BNBOPS
BNBOPS is operated by OIC Facility Services AB. The website presents information about services relating to short-term-rental operations, turnovers, textiles and related services.
Information on the website is general and may be updated as services, prices or operating methods change.
Calculator and pricing information
The public calculator provides a preliminary calculation based on the information and selections entered in the calculator.
A website calculation is not a binding quotation, price guarantee or order. Final pricing and scope may be affected by the actual conditions of the property and are determined separately before an engagement begins.
Property Assessment and other enquiries
Submitting a Property Assessment or another enquiry means that you are asking OIC Facility Services AB to assess or contact you about the relevant service.
An enquiry does not create a service agreement and does not oblige you to purchase or order a service.
Separate service agreement
A service engagement begins only when OIC Facility Services AB and the customer separately agree on the relevant service, scope, price and applicable commercial terms.
If a separate proposal or agreement differs from information shown on the website, the separate proposal or agreement governs the relevant engagement.
Information you provide
You are responsible for ensuring that information you voluntarily provide in an enquiry or use as the basis for an assessment is reasonably accurate and complete.
How personal data is processed is described in the BNBOPS Privacy Notice.
Property and required permissions
The property owner or person ordering a service is responsible for having the right to use the property for the intended purpose and for obtaining any required permission or approval from, for example, a housing association, landlord or other authorised party.
BNBOPS or OIC Facility Services AB does not grant legal permission for short-term rental and does not guarantee that a property is eligible to be listed or rented through any particular platform.
Website availability and accuracy
We aim to keep the information and digital functions useful and accurate, but do not guarantee that the website will always be available, free from technical errors or that all information will always be complete.
If there is an obvious technical error, calculation error or incorrectly published price, OIC Facility Services AB may correct the information before a binding service agreement is entered into.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
Content, structure, text, graphics and other parts of the BNBOPS website may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited in a manner that infringes the rights of OIC Facility Services AB or a third party.
The website must not be used to disrupt the service, circumvent security measures or attempt unauthorised access to private or administrative functionality.
Changes
OIC Facility Services AB may update these Website Terms. The version and date shown on this page identify the terms applicable to the website at that time.
Changes to these Website Terms do not automatically amend a separate service agreement that has already been entered into.
Applicable law and contact
These Website Terms are governed by Swedish law. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not affected.
